A New Chapter of Hope: Our 2025 Journey
The year began with a single mission: to turn the tide for children living on the streets. Because of your unwavering support, the Street to Safety Program achieved a monumental milestone. This past year alone, we successfully rescued and reunited 1,202 children (433 girls and 769 boys) with their families.
Each reunion is more than just a statistic; it represents a child sleeping in a safe bed and a family made whole again. Since we began in 1999, you have helped us bring a total of 8,143 children home. Our commitment didn’t end at the front door—our teams conducted nearly 1,500 ground visits and 1,200 follow-up calls to ensure these transitions were permanent and healthy.
Empowering the Future through Education
Beyond safety, we focused on opportunity. Through our Education Empowerment Program:
- 40+ students received full sponsorships.
- 416 children were equipped with uniforms, stationery, and tuition support, removing the barriers to their dreams.
- We reached thousands more through 10 school outreaches and 13 mentorship sessions, sparking hope in young minds across the region.
Strengthening the Foundation: Families
We believe that a stable home is the best defense against the streets. This year, we supported 498 families, economically empowered 69 households to become self-sufficient, and even completed 3 critical house repairs to provide safe shelter. Through 24 community training sessions, we’ve strengthened the social fabric in counties across the country.
